BoPackaging strives to not just meet your expectations but to help you achieve success in your business. However, in the rare event that a manufacturing defect occurs, we offer a reprint within two business days from the delivery date.
Because all our products are custom-printed and made to order, we kindly ask that you notify us at sales@bopackaging.co.uk within 2 business days of receiving your order if anything doesn’t match your approved specifications.
While we’re unable to offer refunds or credits for custom items, we’re always happy to reprint your order if an error occurred on our end or if the product is found to be defective. Our quality assurance team will carefully review your concern to ensure a fair and prompt resolution.
To help us process your reprint efficiently, please provide clear photos showing the issue and return the complete original order to us (at your own cost) within 2 business days of delivery.
Please note that rush processing fees are non-refundable, and any disputed products should not be used.
